According to the recent notification for Primary Teachers. The candidates have to do BLEd instead of BTC. i.e. BLEd is compulsory for Being appointed a Primary Teacher/Sahayak Adhyapak in Primary Schools.Applications are invited for 81600 Seats as far as BLEd Admission are concern. Application Process is started from June 14, 2017. Applications are also invited for DLEd for 71100 Private Seats and 10500 Govt. Seats. Training for BLEd and DLed is expected to start from September 2017. Since Application for BLed and DLEd are invited online only. Hence you can Apply Online at Official Website. But remember if you commit any mistake you have to fill the Online Application Form for BLEd or DLed again. Your Last/Latest Filled Online Application form for BLEd/DLEd will be considered rest of your previous BLEd/DLEd Online Application Forms will be rejected.
BLEd / DLEd Merit List 2017
Admission in BLEd/DLEd will be given on the basis of Category wise Merit List based on Your High School, Intermediate Graduate Examination Marks. If any two or more candidate got same merit the older will be preferred. Similarly further candidates will be sorted or get placed in BLED / DLEd Merit in Alphabetic Order.

Appointment/Joining Letters to 15000 Teachers
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने अब ये भरोषा जताया है की 15000 Assistants Teachers Appoint process जनवरी 2016 तक पूरी कर ली जाएगी. और इसके बाद बरसो ले लटके BTC Trainees ने भी रहत की साँस ली होगी. हालाँकि 15000 Teachers Vacancies की Counselling Process को पूरा कर लिया गया है लेकिन इसी बीच HIgh Court के BLEd सम्बंधित निर्णय के कारण अब प्रक्रिया के January 2016 तक पूरा करने का भरोसा जताया जा रहा है. यहाँ तक की UP Govt. अब यह कह रही है BLEd परीक्षार्थी की संख्या कम होने के कारण यह प्रक्रिया जल्द ही पूरी कर ली जाएगी और 15000 Assistants Teachers को January 2016 तक Appointment Letter भी सौंप दिए जायेंगे.
B.L.Ed. Applicants Important Dates
15000 Assistant Teacher Online Application for BLEd: होने जा रही Primary Schools में 15000 Assistant Teachers Recruitment के लिए बीएलएड अभ्यर्थियों से 14 से 21 December तक Online Application भरवाये जाएंगे। इस आवेदन की प्रक्रिया की Date 28 December तक रखी है।

अब Basic Education Council ने एनआईसी से Time Slot ले लिया है । जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने TET पास किया है उन बीएलएड डिग्रीधारियों से आवेदन जमा करने के लिए करीब चौथी बार Website फिर से Open की जा रही है। और Website में अब की बार कुछ ऐसी व्यवस्था रखी है कि जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने BTC या फिर कोई अन्य कोर्स किया है वो ये आवेदन नही कर सकेंगे ।

Court के निर्देश आने पर ही इन बीएलएड अभ्यर्थियों को 15000 Assistant Teachers Recruitment में शामिल किया जा रहा है। Graduates व प्रशिक्षण की मेरिट बनाने में बीएलएड कोर्स Integrated होने के कारण बड़ी परेशानी हो रही थी। अब की बार इस व्यवस्था में बीएलएड के पहले 3 Year Graduates और अंतिम 1 Year प्रशिक्षण के रूप में माना जाएगा यह तय हो गया है।
